And I guess that kind of rough side to Bondi is what I miss in some ways. Bondi is just so “glossy” and manicured now.

Every time you walked in was an adventure, as you wondered if you were going to be attacked by a bunch of Maoris (before they all moved over to Manly). Ravesi’s doesn’t have nearly the same level of exctement, even with all the ‘beautiful people’.
